Rates & Procedure

We bill out at a flat rate of $75.00 per hour. Our procedure is as follows:

  • Click on the order form above. Fill out the form. Include your description of the artwork you desire. Attach files if needed.

  • Within 3 working days we will email you a FREE estimate. If you approve the estimate, go to our Terms of Service page, read the contract, then click the acknowledgement button on the Terms of Service contract. You will be directed to the Payment page where you can enter your credit card number and info. Next, enter 50% of the amount of the estimate. Finally, click the submit button and we will send you a confirmation email.

  • Upon the receipt of an acknowledged Terms of Service contract and a 50% deposit, we will begin work immediately. Within 7-10 working days we will email you a proof with "samples" watermarked over the artwork.

  • Email us with any changes you require. Within 3-5 working days we will email you a second proof with "samples" watermarked over your artwork. When you approve the job, go to the payment page and enter the remaining 50% of your order. We will send you a confirmation email.

  • When the amount has been deposited into our account, your artwork will be emailed to you. Confirmation requires 3-5 working days.

Deadlines

Our normal turnaround time is 10-15 working days depending on the size and complexity of the order. Rush orders include an additional $25.00 per hour, and the above procedure takes place within 3-5 working days. We will endeavor to meet all deadlines as long as we are provided enough lead time for job completion.

Copyrights

All artwork is copyrighted by Big Bear Art until full payment is received. Since the artwork is a work "made for hire", copyrights will transferred to the client upon full payment with the stipulation that Big Bear Art be credited for its design. Any appearance or use of the artwork designed by Big Bear Art, or a reasonable facsimile of the original idea or approach to the design, and without full payment received from the client, will be considered copyright infringement.
